What if the recipient isn’t home when the flowers are delivered?
If the recipient isn’t available, our delivery team will follow the instructions provided during checkout. If no specific instructions are given, we’ll attempt to contact the recipient. If no contact can be made, we’ll leave the arrangement in a safe location if possible. Additional delivery charges will be incurred if additional attempts are required.
